Edina begins an ad campaign for Prince Charles' biscuits, and claims that it is "by royal appointment". she begins to associate with the wealthy socialite crowd, and buys a weekend at a country house hotel. Upon arrival, Patsy and Edina discover that nothing is in season, and the place doesn't even have any jacuzzis or massage. Patsy tells Edina that the Rothschilds were laughing at her. Edina becomes angry and determines that she will kill something, and goes out with Patsy with guns blazing in the middle of the night. They bring a pheasant back to the hotel, which Edina puts in the closet. In the morning they discover that the pheasant is still alive. Patsy tells Edina to pull its neck but Edina bonds with it and drugs it and releases it into Hyde Park. At home, Emma and Sarah bring gifts to Saffron for a baby shower, and Sarah becomes obsessed with Emma. Sarah stalks Emma, and Saffron eventually calls the police and has Sarah arrested.

Sean is a bit surprised and disturbed to learn about Elliot and J.D.'s history together, but it turns out his anger is really a cover up for his upcoming six month long trip and he doesn't want Elliot to explode. Dr. Cox. is forced to swallow his pride and actually ask for help when he decides to throw his hat in the ring for the Residency Director position at the hospital. Carla picks up an extra shift as a surgical nurse, which allows her to spend the day working alongside with Turk, to his great annoyance.

Lou gets Adam and Leanne to sit down with her parents, only Leanne's father wants her to get an abortion which leads to Adam running off again. A broadcast program is set up for the Grovers, from a secret location of course, while Stumpy is still giving out relationship advice, the girls have a gossip show and Jamie and Robert also get in on the act. The only problem is that there are hidden mircophones all over the Grove and when Adam and Luke finally talk through things - it gets broadcast to the whole Grove.

Meanwhile, when Val finds out that Peter is number 2 on the "New York's 10 Most Eligible Bachelors" list. Lauren sets Val and Peter up by forging a letter requesting tickets to the party.

Craig storms out followed by Manny, who offers Craig a sweet, supportive shoulder to cry on. Soon, Craig and Manny are caught up in the moment—a moment that goes farther than either of them anticipated. Worried about her husband's deteriorating spirits during his chemo, Spike enlists Joey's help in cheering him up. Reluctantly, Snake joins Joey for a night of bowling and is definitely not impressed when his troubled high school buddy Wheels shows up – until he shares how he dealt with his own checkered past.

Michael doesn't let Junior have it easy, and Junior insists that more than wanting to teach him how to be a good parent, Michael doesn't have any trust in him.
