Meghan tells Felicity that she has concocted a spell to reunite her with Ben. Sean wins a free turkey, but the gang must hold Thanksgiving dinner at Felicity's apartment because Sean has broken the oven. Meghan tries to coax Ben into coming to dinner, but he backs out after Sean explains the circumstances. Ben and Lauren visit Mr. Covington, who has shown tremendous improvement. Lauren convinces Ben to take her to the dinner because she doesn't want to spend Thanksgiving alone. Everyone is shocked to find that Ben has brought a date, although Felicity tries to act as though it doesn't bother her. Javier suggests that he is trying to get back at Felicity for cheating on him, but Ben denies this. Meghan behaves rudely toward Lauren and gets into an argument with Ben. She is heartbroken when Dee Snider of Twisted Sister shows up at the office and tells her that she can no longer be president of the group's fan club, as she has been neglecting her duties because of motherhood. She grows dissatisfied with her life and longs for the excitement of her past. She decides to buy a convertible sports car instead of the minivan. She runs into Drew, who is driving Christine's sports car, and they decide to have a race. They are both thrilled by the experience, and begin sneaking out and taking part in drag races every night. Steve finds out and shows up with Gus to convince Mimi to stop racing. Christine learns why Drew has been racing, and agrees to be less demanding. After the racegoers make fun of him for being a wuss, she lets him race one last time.

Meanwhile, Burton asks Nick to help get the copyright for the toy "Bunny - Buddy," which is holding up a multimillion-dollar buyout. However, the eccentric old man who invented it is creating problems for Nick, fearing that the integrity of his creation will now be compromised.
