Convinced her father is still alive, Hel ignores Voice's protests and goes to see the one man who can help her in her search Creegan. When Hel is denied access to the prison facility holding Creegan, she shoots a guard with a stun gun and, no longer trusting Voice, uses a laser scalpel to remove her Voice receptor. Alarms go off and Hel realizes that Voice has activated them in an attempt to keep her away from Creegan. Stunning more guards, Hel presses on. She enters Creegan's prison chamber, releases him from his deep freeze, and confidently tells him that her father is still alive. Showing Creegan her removed Voice receptor, Hel promises to turn Voice over to him if he will help her find her father. Naturally, Creegan agrees to the deal. Meanwhile in Mauser's lab, Sarge is awakened by the sound of Voice in her head and is none too pleased that she is the new recipient of a Voice receptor. Mauser shows her and Cleopatra a visual of Hel and Creegan escaping the prison and the ladies

Jimmy's best friend, Billy, comes to Los Angeles in hopes of becoming a star. But since Jimmy doesn't have a place of his own for Billy, he instead asks Greg to let his friend pitch a tent in the backyard. Greg, annoyed at having houseguests who have houseguests, makes no secret of the fact that he thinks Billy's dream of acting is a waste of time. Greg later gets jealous after finding out that Jimmy is taking Billy to a hockey game when he had previously offered that extra ticket to Greg. Trying to make up with Greg, Jimmy manages to get a third ticket so the three of them can go, but Greg continues to feel left out when Jimmy and Billy have seats next to each other, and he has to sit alone. Greg feels better after hearing from Jimmy that he's tired of Billy after spending so much time with him. Then both of them are stunned when Billy blows them off after his very first audition lands him a starring role on CBS' The District.

Sean deals with a series of prank phone calls for non-existent rescues and discover that McKenna's son is one of those responsible in which Jenna uses this to try to heat up the war between McKenna and Sean into a lawsuit hoping McKenna will finally close down the Baywatch Training Center. Zack deals with a slight hearing loss in one of the rescues while dealing with Jenna trying to get his help to bring down McKenna, while Zack is showing around Peggy, a prospective new trainee.

After Skeeter and Bobby's science project goes terribly wrong due to Skeeter's antics, Bobby decides he is fed up with Skeeter's mischief and wants to do the make-up project alone. With Nicole's advice, Skeeter tries to trick Bobby into letting him help with the new science project by giving Bobby a guilt trip about all the problems he has caused and offers to move out. The plan backfires, however, since Bobby is thrilled with the idea and encourages Skeeter to leave. After one night apart, and a scary dream, Bobby realizes that although his cousin is annoying, he is a good friend.
