Spider-Man and Daredevil manage to recover the disk that can clear Peter Parker's name. However, when Matt Murdock hands the disk over to the FBI, detective Terry Lee discovers agent Choi may not be working for the right side when she hands it over to Richard Fisk. After learning that Aunt May is in the hospital, Peter risks his life to go visit her, but he and Mary Jane are kidnapped when the Chameleon disguises himself as Anna Watson. With Peter and the disk in the hands of the Kingpin, Daredevil must stop the criminal mastermind and clear Peter's name.

Ickis, Krumm, and Oblina are saddled with babysitting the Gromble's nephew, Bomble. They take him along on a garbage hunting trip to a local hospital where the baby monster is accidentally switched with a new-born human baby. The trio must track down the Bomble at the home of his new human ""parents"" and replace him with the human.

A new carnival opens near town and The Gromble is insulted and outraged by one of its attractions - the ""Monsters Are Fun"" ride. He assigns his two top students, Oblina and Krumm, the task of scaring its riders and shutting down the attraction.

The Deerfield Aztecs, a baseball team, crashed in Mexico and formed their own lost tribe of real Aztecs. They track their missing shortstop, Carmalita (Arthur's girlfriend) to America but grab Arthur instead. When the Tick and Carmalita pursue, the Aztecs and their leader Wally unleash ""Speak"", some kind of lowly animal that they intend to wed Arthur to. Tick takes a shine to ""Speak"" (as he names him) and he defeats the Aztecs and rescues Arthur.

The next earth warriors that fights Scorpion was Liu Kang who manages to defeat the dead ninja and blast his plans for the world domination.

The identity of the hostage-taker is made when he demands that his pig be brought to the school. When the pig doesn't arrive in time, he sets a fire and seriously wounds a hostage (who later dies) and then becomes badly burned. Brodie takes issue with Munch's treatment of Pembleton. The paperwork gets completed and the hostage-taker is formally charged. Frank makes a decision regarding his recovery.

After the death of her partner, police officer Cameron Westlake (Heather Medway) joins the Viper team. The team then concentrates on taking Dekker, a rogue trucker who has been terrorizing the city.
